PPSA Alert
31 January 2011 start date
Finally we have a definite start date for the Personal Property Securities Register. From Monday 30 January eligible suppliers can register a security interest in their goods supplied on credit.
Find out what you need to do now so you are ready and won't be disadvantaged if one of your customers goes into liquidation.
